Manboobs Exersices – Cable and Row

Once you have got stronger and have worked through most of the exercise ist1_9147249-man-body previous you may or may not have a gym membership by now, as I said before a good balance isĀ  between gym and home to maximise access to work out and range of different equipment. So here are some good chest exercises you can do with the gym equipment watch the videos for good form

I would say to do 4 sets on the cable as this is a very good exercise to do to reduce manboobs the first set go as heavy as you can, you should not be able to do more than 8 and then take it down slightly for each of the remaining 3 sets. Only rest for 1 min between sets. When complete rest for 2 mins then move to this -

Again do 4 sets heavy at first and take it down slightly each time.
After doing that you should be ‘mash up’ but if you still have some life in the chest you could go on to do another set of 4 whatever chest exercise you like maybe the decline press then that will be the whole chest smashed for this session.
