- Gynecomastia - the development of large mammary glands in males resulting in breast enlargement, caused by hormone imbalance. Puffy nipples are a common form.

Pubertal Gynecomastia - mainly in boys aged 9 – 14 generally hereditary and most cases dont last longer than a year.
- Pseudo Gynecomastia - this is not actual breast tissue and is often known as false gynecomastia. It is often assosiated with obesity when fat has built up in the chest

Chest Ptosis – when massive weight loss has occured leaving sagging tissue and skin around the chest

Tamoxifen - is an oestrogen receptor modulator it is a prescription drug used to treat gynecomastia but it comes with side effects

Male menopause – this is when ageing becomes more aparent and the production of hormones like testosterone are slowly reduced
